We are proud to present a new oven design that does not require any duct work. 'DuctLess' ovens are designed to meet and exceed all NFPA requirements. Furthermore, even heat distribution and higher air turnover ratios are a standard.

Competitors offer approximately 5 oven volume turnovers per minute while we offer no less then 10 oven volume turnovers per minute. That's double! And that means better heat transfer efficiency.
